Live animals are shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to prevent packages from being stuck in transit over the weekend.
In the rare event that an animal arrives deceased (DOA), customers must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide clear photos of the deceased animal(s) inside the unopened bag.
If more than half of the occupants in your order arrive deceased, we will gladly offer either:
A full refund (not including shipping costs) or a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you
If you choose a replacement, we will cover the shipping costs entirely.
Unfortunately, we cannot honor DOA claims submitted after the 1-hour window or for animals removed from their original bags before photos are taken.
